USER AGREEMENT
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using L2Escape services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
L2Escape provides a private Lineage 2 server experience. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the service to: violate any laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, engage in fraudulent activities, or interfere with the service's operation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by L2Escape or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Donations and Payments
Donations are voluntary contributions and do not guarantee any specific in-game advantages. All donations are final and non-refundable. Donation items are provided as a service enhancement, not as a purchase of virtual goods.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other reasons beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
L2Escape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, characters, or in-game items.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
